To request deletion of your New Chapter account, email support@brightwaveapps.com from the email address associated with your account, with subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Plus subscription. If you have a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it separately through your App Store/Play account settings to avoid future charges.
